Role Overview:

As a Sales Associate, you will be the face of AVIT Lifestyle, connecting with clients and guiding them to discover products that resonate with their unique preferences. This role demands a deep appreciation for luxury, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to transform client interactions into long-lasting relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Engagement: Deliver a personalized shopping experience that aligns with the lifestyle aspirations of our elite clientele.
• Product Expertise: Be an authority on our product portfolio, understanding features, benefits, and the craftsmanship behind each item.
• Sales Excellence: Meet and exceed sales targets by leveraging your ability to anticipate and fulfill customer needs.
• Store Aesthetics: Maintain the store’s visual appeal, ensuring it embodies the luxury and exclusivity of our brand.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture relationships with clients through follow-ups, product updates, and after-sales service.

Ideal Candidate:

• Experience: 1-3 years of sales experience in luxury or premium retail.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred.
• Skills:
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Technical knowledge of audio, video, or interior design products
• A deep appreciation for high-end products and luxury experiences.
• Strong ability to connect with HNI clientele and understand their preferences.
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets.
• A passion for design and aesthetics.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
