The ideal candidate will be passionate about fashion, customer experience, and retail operations, while also being a strong leader who can drive sales and build high-performing teams. Key Responsibilities: Sales & Customer Service Drive store sales and achieve targets. Ensure excellent customer experience and service standards. Handle escalated customer queries or complaints. Team Leadership Manage and motivate store staff. Schedule shifts, assign tasks, and conduct regular training. Monitor team performance and provide feedback. Inventory & Merchandising Maintain optimal stock levels and avoid stock-outs/overstocking. Oversee product displays and ensure visual merchandising standards. Conduct regular stock audits and manage shrinkage. Operations & Compliance Ensure adherence to SOPs, health & safety, and company policies. Monitor cleanliness, store hygiene, and operational standards.• Handle cash management, billing systems, and daily reporting. Reporting & Analysis Submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports on sales, footfall, and operations. Analyze sales trends and customer preferences. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelors degree in Business, Retail Management, or related field (preferred). 3-5 years of experience in a similar role within the apparel or fashion industry. Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing retail teams.
