Customer Service: Ensuring High Customer Satisfaction: Delivering exceptional customer service by resolving complaints, offering product knowledge, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. Handling Returns and Exchanges: Managing customer complaints regarding returns, exchanges, or refunds, ensuring the process is smooth and in line with company policies. Creating a Welcoming Atmosphere: Training staff to provide friendly, knowledgeable service and maintaining a welcoming store environment. 3.
