We are looking for a dedicated and customer-friendly sales executive to join our in-store team. Key Responsibilities: Greet and assist customers visiting the store. Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products. Maintain knowledge of product features, pricing, and promotions. Ensure proper display and arrangement of products. Handle billing and payment processes. Keep the store clean, organized, and stocked. Build strong customer relationships for repeat business. Maintain daily sales records and report to the store manager. Requirements: Minimum qualification: Higher Secondary (12th pass) or Graduate. Prior experience in retail sales (automobile parts/lubricants preferred). Good communication skills in Bengali and Hindi (English is a plus).
