STORE KEEPER

About Us:
Usha Lubricants is a trusted automobile parts and lubricants store in Durgapur, known for providing high-quality engine oils, lubricants, and automotive products. We are looking for a dedicated and customer-friendly sales executive to join our in-store team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers visiting the store.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
• Maintain knowledge of product features, pricing, and promotions.
• Ensure proper display and arrangement of products.
• Handle billing and payment processes.
• Keep the store clean, organized, and stocked.
• Build strong customer relationships for repeat business.
• Maintain daily sales records and report to the store manager.

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: Higher Secondary (12th pass) or Graduate.
• Prior experience in retail sales (automobile parts/lubricants preferred).
• Good communication skills in Bengali and Hindi (English is a plus).
• Basic knowledge of automobiles and lubricants will be an advantage.
• Friendly, proactive, and customer-oriented attitude.
• Must be a local resident of Durgapur or nearby areas.

Working Hours:

• 9:30 AM – 7:30 PM (Weekly off on Monday)

Salary:

• Competitive salary + incentives (based on performance)
