Job Title: Store Incharge

Location: Bhiwandi, Maharashtra
Department: Stores / Inventory Management
Reporting To: Operations / Supply Chain Manager

Job Summary:

The Store Incharge will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the warehouse/store at the Bhiwandi facility. This includes inventory control, material handling, inward/outward stock movement, documentation, and ensuring smooth coordination between procurement, logistics, and production teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily store operations, including receipt, storage, and dispatch of materials.
• Maintain accurate stock records in ERP/manual systems and ensure timely updates.
• Conduct regular physical verification and reconciliation of inventory.
• Ensure proper stacking, labeling, and identification of all materials.
• Plan and schedule dispatches as per customer or internal department requirements.
• Monitor material consumption and reorder levels to avoid stockouts.
• Coordinate with transporters for inbound and outbound logistics.
• Maintain records of gate passes, GRN (Goods Receipt Notes), challans, and invoices.
• Implement FIFO / LIFO inventory systems as per company standards.
• Ensure housekeeping, safety, and compliance within the warehouse premises.
• Supervise store staff and assign duties for efficient workflow.
• Support periodic internal and external audits related to inventory and documentation.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of store management and inventory control systems.
• Proficient in MS Excel and ERP software (e.g., SAP / Tally / Oracle).
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
• Leadership and team management capabilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
