About The Business

Tata Electronics Private Limited (TEPL) is a greenfield venture of the Tata Group with expertise in manufacturing precision components.

Tata Electronics (a wholly owned subsidiary of Tata Sons Pvt. Ltd.) is building Indias first AI-enabled state-of-the-art Semiconductor Foundry. This facility will produce chips for applications such as power management IC, display drivers, microcontrollers (MCU) and high-performance computing logic, addressing the growing demand in markets such as automotive, computing and data storage, wireless communications and artificial intelligence.

Responsibilities

1. Develop and implement standard process flow and train the team to align the company objective & targets

2. To improve the efficiency in warehouse and store operations Man/Machine/Material/Method

3.all warehouse and store facilities, ensuring proper layout and functionality.

4.Zero complaince

5.Direct the inventory management process, and accuracy.

6. Establish and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) for inventory control, receiving, storing, and FG shipping goods.

7.Lead and manage a team, providing training, support

8. Collaborate with SCM, Production, logistics, and procurement teams to ensure timely receipt and dispatch of goods.

9. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations within all operational facilities.

• Stores efficiency monitoring
• Space utilization
• Employee productivity measures
• On time delivery – Outbay/Invoice GRN/invoice handover to finance etc.
• Safety measures- unsafe act/Unsafe condition identification
• Cycle count accuracy.

Qualifications

• Diploma – 6 years’ experience / BE- 3 years’ experience

• 6+ years
