We are assembling a high-performing team of 3 to 5 Stock Market Analysts at entry, mid, and senior levels. This is a hybrid role combining financial analysis, market commentary, and strategic content writing focused on value-based swing trading of U.S. stocks.

You’ll track price dislocations, assess company fundamentals, and contribute timely, forward-looking insights geared toward swing trades and market reactions.

Whether your background is in market research, equity analysis, or financial content creation, if you have sharp intuition, a disciplined process, and a knack for storytelling with data, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor U.S. equity markets, sector developments, earnings, and macroeconomic news.
• Identify large- and mid-cap U.S. stocks experiencing short-term drops (typically 15-25%) without underlying fundamental weakness.
• Write market insights and trade theses grounded in value investing and contrarian principles.
• Draft concise, well-reasoned swing trade setups (1-5 day ideas or multi-week mean reversion setups).
• Provide clear commentary on technical levels, sentiment trends, and potential catalysts for recovery.
• Maintain watchlists, track price action, and collaborate with the team to refine strategy and outlook.

Requirements:

• Deep interest in financial markets, trading psychology, and equity analysis.
• Working knowledge of technical analysis (support/resistance, breakouts, momentum) and valuation concepts (P/E, cash flow, earnings strength).
• Ability to analyse earnings reports and company filings to assess quality and mispricing.
• Strong writing skills with the ability to explain financial ideas in a clear, reader-friendly way.
• Experience with platforms like TradingView, Finviz, Koyfin, Seeking Alpha, or Yahoo Finance.
• Reliable internet connection and access to charting and research tools.
• Excellent attention to detail, consistency, and clarity of thought.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Experience swing trading or managing a personal equity portfolio.
• Prior content creation for financial publications, blogs, or communities.
• Familiarity with options data, sector rotation trends, or unusual volume activity.
• Knowledge of behavioural finance, sentiment cycles, and market overreactions.

Our Approach to Trading:

We follow a swing trading approach grounded in value investing and contrarian analysis. Our focus is on fundamentally strong, well-known U.S. companies that experience short-term dislocations in price, typically triggered by market overreactions or misunderstood events.

When high-quality equities drop 15-25% without a corresponding decline in business health, we position for a rebound to fair value or higher. By combining timing with fundamental conviction, we aim to generate consistent, risk-adjusted returns over several weeks to months.
