Stock Investment Analyst / Associate

Experience Required: Minimum 2+ years in stock market investment, equity research, or related field

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth research and analysis of listed companies, industries, and market trends.
• Track, monitor, and evaluate portfolio performance against benchmarks.
• Perform fundamental and technical analysis to identify investment opportunities.
• Prepare detailed investment reports, presentations, and recommendations for stakeholders.
• Monitor global and domestic financial news, policies, and economic indicators that may impact markets.
• Assist in building and maintaining stock models, forecasts, and valuation reports.
• Collaborate with senior analysts / portfolio managers to develop investment strategies.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business, or related field.
• 2+ years of proven experience in stock investments, equity research, or portfolio management.
• Strong understanding of financial statements, valuation techniques, and investment tools.
• Knowledge of equity markets, trading platforms, and investment strategies.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, financial modeling, and analytical tools (Bloomberg, Reuters, etc. preferred).
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certifications such as CFA (Level I/II), NISM, or equivalent will be an added advantage.
• Experience with algorithmic trading or advanced analytics tools is a plus.
