Job Description

Job Summary:

State Head

Key Responsibilities:

Own and drive sales performance and revenue growth in the assigned state.
Build and maintain strong relationships with B2B partners travel agents, tour operators, and channel partners.
Expand TripJack's agent network and onboard new partners aligned with business goals.
Lead, manage, and mentor the regional sales team to meet monthly and quarterly targets.
Collaborate with central teams (product, operations, marketing) to ensure regional alignment.
Monitor competitor activity and market trends to stay ahead of the curve.
Plan and execute local marketing and engagement initiatives to improve brand recall.
Track sales metrics, agent performance, and account health using CRM and dashboards.
Ensure high levels of partner satisfaction through timely issue resolution and support.
Represent TripJack at local events, trade shows, and industry forums.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Travel & Tourism, or related field

710 years of experience in B2B travel sales, with at least 23 years in a team leadership role

Strong understanding of travel distribution (flights, hotels, packages, etc.)

Proven experience in scaling regional business and managing sales KPIs

Excellent communication, negotiation, and people management skills

Proficient in using CRM tools and sales reporting systems

Willingness to travel extensively within the state
