Job Title: Sales Executive - B2B/B2C (Cables, Wires & FMEG Products)
Location: Pune
Experience: 5-7years
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Leadership: Lead B2B and B2C sales initiatives by establishing and maintaining strong relationships with contractors, consultants, architects, and real estate developers, while driving sales for a diverse range of products, including wires, cables, and FMEG items (Fans, Lighting & Luminaires, Switches, Switchgear, Conduits, Modular Switches, Cable Lugs, Glands) to enhance market penetration and ensure a robust retail and distribution presence.
- Sales Planning: Formulate and implement effective sales strategies to achieve growth and meet targets across both B2B and B2C sectors.
- Market Research: Conduct thorough market analysis to uncover new business opportunities and maintain competitive advantage.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product development, and finance teams to ensure the successful execution of sales plans and high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Competitor Analysis: Keep track of industry trends and competitor activities to refine sales tactics and maintain market leadership.
Key Requirements:
- Experience: Demonstrated success in B2B sales within the real estate, contractor, and consultancy sectors.
- Product Knowledge: In-depth understanding of B2C sales related to wires, cables, and FMEG products.
- Skills: Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation abilities with a knack for influencing key stakeholders.Analytical and results-oriented approach with adaptability to market dynamics.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or MBA in Marketing.
- Experience Diversity: Candidates from other relevant fields with a proven sales track record are encouraged to apply.
- Industry Preference: Preference will be given to candidates with varied experience in the electrical and FMEG sectors.
