Job Title: Senior US Healthcare Recruiter
Location: Ahmedabad, India
Position: On-site, Full-time
Working Hours: NIGHT SHIFT (6:00pm IST onwards)
Notice Period: Immediate With-in 15 Days

Key ResponsibilitiesFull-Cycle Recruitment

  • Manage the entire recruitment process for US-based roles — from sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation to onboarding.
  • Handle recruitment across multiple domains including Healthcare (RNs, LPNs, CNAs, Allied Health, etc.), IT (Developers, Analysts, Engineers), and Non-IT/Professional roles (Finance, Admin, Operations, etc.).
  • Collaborate with account managers and clients to define job requirements, priorities, and timelines.

Sourcing & Talent Acquisition

  • Proactively build and maintain pipelines of qualified candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, Naukri, and internal ATS.
  • Utilize advanced Boolean searches, social media platforms, and networking to identify passive candidates.
  • Execute creative sourcing campaigns to attract top-tier US-based talent.

Compliance & Credentialing

  • Ensure compliance with US labor laws, healthcare credentialing, and visa/work authorization standards.
  • Coordinate credentialing for healthcare candidates, including license verification, background checks, and onboarding documentation.

Data-Driven Recruitment

  • Maintain detailed and accurate records in the ATS (Applicant Tracking System).
  • Track and analyze recruitment metrics (submittals, interviews, hires, time-to-fill) to improve process efficiency and outcomes.
  • Generate weekly and monthly reports for management and clients.

Client & Team Collaboration

  • Partner closely with delivery leads and account managers to fulfill client staffing needs promptly.
  • Act as a subject matter expert for market trends, compensation benchmarks, and hiring challenges.
  • Mentor and train junior recruiters, ensuring adherence to company processes and performance standards.

Relationship Management

  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with candidates and clients.
  • Engage talent communities through consistent communication, professional networking, and follow-ups.
  • Represent the company’s brand professionally in all client and candidate interactions.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on experience in US Recruitment (Healthcare, IT, Non-IT, or mixed portfolio).
  • Proven track record of sourcing, qualifying, and placing candidates for contract, contract-to-hire, and permanent positions in the US market.
  • Strong understanding of US staffing procedures, VMS/MSP systems, and client compliance processes.
  • Expertise in using ATS platforms, job portals, and sourcing tools.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred) or equivalent experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with large enterprise clients and VMS/MSP accounts.
  • Deep understanding of US market trends, visa categories (GC, USC, H1B, TN, EAD), and employment authorizations.
  • Leadership experience or prior role mentoring junior recruiters.
  • Strong networking capabilities with healthcare and IT professionals.
  • Excellent command of English (both written and verbal).

Pay: 30,000.00 - 70,000.00 per month (Based on experience and performance)
