Autism Center of Excellence (AutismCOE) is a premier autism therapy provider based in Durham, North Carolina, delivering high-quality ABA services to children aged 2–16 in a warm, family-centered environment. As we continue to grow across multiple US locations, we are expanding our recruitment team to bring in top clinical talent, including BCBAs, RBTs, and Behavior Technicians.

Position Summary

We are looking for an experienced US Recruiter – Healthcare & ABA Staffing to join our team. This role involves leading full-cycle recruitment for clinical positions, building strong talent pipelines, and partnering with hiring managers to support our rapid organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively source, screen, and recruit skilled BCBAs, RBTs, and Behavior Technicians for our US clinics.
  • Use LinkedIn, Facebook, Indeed, and specialized ABA/healthcare job boards to engage candidates and maintain a steady pipeline.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements, staffing needs, and hiring priorities.
  • Conduct interviews, coordinate schedules, and manage consistent communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Train and mentor junior recruiters on ABA and healthcare-specific recruiting best practices.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment data, daily activity logs, and updated pipelines.
  • Stay informed about ABA industry trends, state licensing requirements, and competitive hiring practices.
  • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience while representing our mission and values.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of US recruitment experience for Non-IT roles, ideally with exposure to healthcare, ABA, or mental health hiring.
  • Proven track record recruiting clinical roles (BCBAs, RBTs, BTs, or similar healthcare professionals).
  • Strong sourcing abilities using LinkedIn, Facebook, Indeed, and other channels.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging both candidates and hiring teams.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple open roles, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience mentoring junior recruiters is a plus.
  • Must be available to work US hours (India night shift).
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, etc.).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹450,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
