Job Description

You will be joining Wednesday as a Senior Technical Recruiter, where your primary focus will be on sourcing exceptional talent using advanced techniques and leveraging AI tools to enhance the recruitment process. Your role will involve collaborating with hiring managers to define roles clearly, designing role-specific assessments, conducting first-round interviews, and continuously improving the recruitment process through data analysis and introspection. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with hiring managers to define roles clearly and create targeted job descriptions. - Utilize advanced and creative sourcing techniques to build pipelines for candidate sourcing. - Harness AI tools to streamline sourcing, outreach, candidate review, and communication. - Design and manage role-specific assessments independently using platforms like TestGorilla. - Analyze assessment performance, identify areas for improvement, and suggest changes to enhance hiring accuracy. - Reflect on hiring outcomes, identify successful strategies, and adapt the hiring playbook accordingly. - Conduct first-round interviews while authentically representing Wednesday's values, mission, and culture. - Identify bottlenecks in the recruitment process using data and recommend scalable improvements. - Develop and maintain a recruitment calendar that aligns with team needs and company objectives. - Track and report on key hiring metrics such as time-to-hire, source effectiveness, and conversion rates. Requirements: - Minimum of 8 years of technical recruitment experience, preferably in startup or fast-paced service environments. - Demonstrated expertise in diverse sourcing platforms and channels with a primary focus on sourcing. - Proficiency in utilizing AI and automation tools to optimize recruiting workflows. - Ability to create and manage assessments independently and iterate based on performance. - In-depth knowledge of technical roles, programming languages, and developer tools. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills. - Strong organizational skills, self-motivation, and comfort in a remote-first work environment.,
