Sr. Technical Recruiter

As a Sr. Technical Recruiter at CONSIGN SPACE SOLUTIONS, you will play a crucial role in managing the full life cycle recruiting process for technical roles. Located in Jaipur, you will work on-site and collaborate with department managers to understand hiring needs, develop strategies, and ensure effective communication with candidates and stakeholders. Your responsibilities will include end-to-end recruitment for IT roles with a focus on C2H hiring. You will utilize various channels for candidate sourcing, such as job boards, networking, and referrals, to screen and shortlist qualified individuals. Maintaining a pipeline of potential candidates for current and future requirements will be essential, along with conducting interviews to evaluate technical skills and cultural fit. A key aspect of your role will involve working closely with hiring managers to comprehend job specifications and ideal candidate profiles.
