Job Description This role's core responsibilities encompass strategic planning, leveraging data management expertise, fostering stakeholder collaboration, applying product management skills and agile methodologies, and utilizing a collaborative approach to drive product development and system evolution. Responsibilities Strategic Planning and Evolution: Demonstrated experience in future state strategy planning, with a strong ability to envision and develop a roadmap for system evolution that aligns with organizational goals. Skilled in transforming product roadmaps into detailed, manageable features, balancing business priorities with technical capabilities. 2 . Data Management Expertise : Deep expertise in data conversion processes and data quality management, ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and completeness of data during migrations from Legacy system. Proven ability to identify, clean, and maintain high-quality data across systems. Stakeholder Collaboration and Alignment: Proficiency in aligning initiatives with stakeholders and business owners, ensuring migration efforts and product rollouts are in sync with broader business objectives, stakeholder expectations, and end-user needs. Excels in communicating the product's vision to team members and stakeholders, fostering strong collaborations. Product Management and Agile Methodology: A product mindset focused on delivering business value, with extensive experience in managing product features, prioritizing the product backlog, and specifying priorities using metrics. Advocates for and implements Agile methodologies, emphasizing continuous improvement and lean validation techniques. Issue and Risk Mitigation: Skilled in issue and risk mitigation, with a proactive approach to identifying challenges and developing effective solutions. Engages in technical architecture discussions to ensure seamless application functionality and integration thereby streamlining operations. Team Leadership and Communication: Leads by example in maintaining open, frequent communication with the team and external partners, ensuring responsiveness and smooth progress. Proactively addresses obstacles and risks, with a focus on early mitigation strategies to propel product development forward. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in computer science or engineering. Minimum of 10 years of experience in software development with progressive responsibilities, adept in agile methodologies like Scrum, XP and Jira/Rally tools. At least 3 years of experience in product visioning, strategy, and roadmap creation, with a focus on system modernization projects, including proven experience in migrating from legacy systems to modern platforms. Comprehensive knowledge of modern full-stack software engineering tools and programming languages, including but not limited to GCP, Tekton/Cloudbuild, APIC, APIM/Apigee, SonarQube, 42Crunch, React and Java SRE Tools, Monitoring and Observability, Data Engineering experience is highly desirable Demonstrated ability to implement Lean/Lean Startup methodologies with a human-centered approach. Strong leadership and effective communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively and navigate complex decision-making processes. Proven ability to work well with engineers, designers, and business partners. Self-motivated with a strong inclination towards researching and investigating new technologies and concepts.
