Job Summary

Required Skills Windows Server Admin, Storage & Backup Admin (Commvault), AD & Group Policy Specialist, Compliance & Patch Mgmt Specialist, Security Specialist (PAM/EDR) Backup & DR Specialist (Commvault, GhettoVCB), Virtualization Specialist (VMware, vCenter), Proxmox, Monitoring Tools (Zabbix). â€¢ In depth knowledge of Windows server Administration â€¿ MS windows 2016/2019/2022 â€¢ Expert in Virtualization VMware / Hyper V / ProxMox â€¢ Expert in Active Directory, Azure AD management, DNS, DHCP services â€¢ knowledge in Cloud technologies â€¿ Azure / AWS â€¢ Working knowledge of SCCM, Manage Engine Endpoint Central, MDM (Intune, JAMF) solutions. â€¢ ITIL Certified â€¿ preferred. â€¢ Working experience on ServiceNow / ticketing tools â€¢ Working experience on Monitoring Tool and Logs Analysis â€¢ Drive compliance to SLAs, KPIs, operational processes â€¢ Good Communication & presentation skills â€¢ Identify, own, track and execute service improvement action items including automation that could make people more efficient, make Infra more stable, reduce incidents, improve compliance, reduce risks etc. â€¢ Join major incident / outage bridge calls and drive teams to restore IT services, Be available on call to resolve P1 / P2 outages. â€¢ People skill development and performance management â€¢ Support teams in prioritizing work (operations & project work etc., Support team to resolve operational issues. â€¢ Manage a skilled operations team, Motivate, develop, and mentor team members in a dynamically changing environment. Plan team membersâ€¿ shifts and on call support for each technology team. Analyze the teams' workload and drive efficiencies
