Sr. SEO Executive

About the Role

We’re looking for a Senior SEO Specialist who can lead and execute end-to-end SEO strategies that drive traffic, improve search rankings, and maximize ROI. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a creative mindset, and proven experience in managing successful SEO campaigns for diverse industries.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve organic visibility and rankings.
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and site audits using advanced SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Google Search Console, etc.).
• Optimize website content, structure, and internal linking to enhance user experience and search performance.
• Collaborate with the content, design, and development teams to ensure SEO best practices are implemented across all digital assets.
• Build and manage link-building strategies, including outreach, guest posting, and partnership opportunities.
• Track, analyze, and report on SEO performance metrics, traffic growth, and ranking improvements.
• Stay up to date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and industry tools.
• Mentor junior SEO executives and support the digital marketing team with insights and strategic guidance.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, IT, or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of hands-on SEO experience, preferably in an agency or fast-paced digital environment.
• Strong knowledge of technical SEO, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), and Search Console.
• Proficiency in SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Screaming Frog, or similar.
• Experience with WordPress, Shopify, or other CMS platforms.
• Strong understanding of content marketing, HTML, and website architecture.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills.

Pay: ₹14,077.05 - ₹30,000.00 per month
