Job Description:

We are seeking a SEO Specialist who possesses a deep understanding of search engine optimization (SEO) with proven experience in On-Page SEO, Off-Page SEO, Overall SEO strategy, and Pay-Per-Click (PPC) advertising. The ideal candidate will have a track record of successfully improving organic search rankings and driving results through both organic and paid search channels.

Key Responsibilities:

• On-Page SEO: Conduct comprehensive keyword research and analysis to identify valuable target keywords.

Optimize website content, including meta tags, headers, and on-page elements, for improved search engine visibility. Collaborate with content creators to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into content development.

• Off-Page SEO: Develop and execute off-page SEO strategies, including link-building and outreach initiatives.

Monitor and manage backlink profiles to ensure quality and relevance. Stay current with search engine algorithms and industry trends to adapt strategies as needed.

• Overall SEO Strategy: Create and implement holistic SEO strategies tailored to meet the specific needs and goals of clients. Conduct website audits and provide actionable recommendations for technical and structural improvements. Monitor and analyze SEO performance, track key metrics, and prepare regular reports for clients.

• PPC (Pay-Per-Click): Plan and execute PPC campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and social media advertising.

Manage PPC budgets effectively to maximize return on investment (ROI).Perform keyword research and create compelling ad copy.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred).
• Proven experience as an SEO Specialist, with a focus on On-Page and Off-Page optimization.
• Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrens, and other SEO software.
• Hands-on experience in managing and optimizing PPC campaigns.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Stay updated with industry trends and search engine algorithm changes.
• Google Ads and other relevant certifications are a plus.
