Job Description

Job Title: Senior SEO Executive (SR SEO)

Location: Gurugram(Onsite)
Experience: 2+ Years
Industry: Travel / OTA (Preferred)

Job Summary

Flights Mojo is looking for an experienced Senior SEO Executive who can take ownership of organic growth strategies, drive high-quality traffic, and improve search engine rankings across platforms. The ideal candidate should be data-driven, proactive, and well-versed in the latest SEO trends and algorithms.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies.
Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities.
Optimize website content, landing pages, and blogs for improved organic performance.
Monitor website performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.
Identify and fix technical SEO issues (crawl errors, page speed, mobile optimization, schema, etc.).
Manage link-building strategies and ensure high-quality backlinks.
Collaborate with content, tech, and marketing teams to align SEO with business goals.
Track, analyse, and report SEO KPIs and performance metrics regularly.
Stay updated with Google algorithm changes and SEO best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Proven experience as a Senior SEO Executive or similar role.
Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.
Hands-on experience with SEO tools and CMS platforms.
Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript (preferred).
Experience in the travel industry or high-traffic websites is a plus.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
