About the Role: We’re looking for a proactive and dynamic Business Development Executive to join our team! You’ll play a key role in driving business growth for Beyond Red Ocean Consulting and our partner, ActionCOACH, while also managing sales outreach for our ERP solutions. This role blends strategic consulting sales with hands-on field sales, requiring excellent communication skills, sales acumen, and the ability to close deals. Key Responsibilities: Generate and qualify leads for Beyond Red Ocean Consulting and ActionCOACH’s business coaching services. Conduct presentations and pitches to business owners and decision-makers, showcasing how our consulting and coaching solutions can drive their growth. Identify and pursue opportunities to sell ERP solutions, including visiting client sites for demonstrations, understanding requirements, and closing deals. Follow up with leads and maintain a consistent sales pipeline through CRM systems. Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients to build trust and ensure long-term business. Attend networking events, seminars, and industry meetups to promote services and expand business connections. Collaborate with the marketing team to support lead generation campaigns and share feedback from the field. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. 1–3 years of sales or business development experience, preferably in consulting, IT solutions, ERP sales, or B2B services. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Strong understanding of consultative selling techniques. Willingness to travel extensively for field sales meetings. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. Proficiency with CRM tools is a plus. Freshers will not be considered. Key Responsibilities: Accounts Management: Maintain company books in Tally Prime , including data entry and reconciliation. Responsible for finalization of accounts . Handle petty cash and other accounting-related documentation. Follow-Ups: Regular payment follow-ups with clients and vendors. Maintain follow-up logs and ensure timely collections. Sales & Dispatch Coordination: Coordinate sales order processing , billing, and invoicing. Share dispatch details with clients via email, WhatsApp, or phone . Procurement Support: Assist in procurement and vendor coordination . Ensure smooth flow of materials and services as required. Administrative Duties: Manage general office administration tasks . Liaise with internal departments and external parties for smooth daily operations. Maintain organized filing systems (digital & physical).
