HR Intern

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. This internship will provide hands-on experience in various HR functions, offering an excellent opportunity to gain practical knowledge and develop skills in a real-world setting. The HR Intern will support the HR department in day-to-day operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruitment and Onboarding:
• Assist in the recruitment process by posting job advertisements, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
• Support the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing onboarding materials, conducting orientation sessions, and ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed.
• HR Administration:
• Assist with day-to-day HR operations, including data entry, filing, and maintaining HR databases.
• Prepare and update HR reports and presentations as needed.
• Learning and Development:
• Support the implementation of training and development programs.
• Assist in coordinating training sessions and workshops for employees.
• Compliance and Policy Management:
• Ensure HR policies and procedures are up to date and compliant with legal requirements.
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong interest in Human Resources and a desire to build a career in HR.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹15,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
