Human Resource Generalist

Job Description

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making hiring recommendations. Develop and implement effective strategies for attracting and retaining top talent. Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices. Handle employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance improvement plans. Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HRIS data. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations. Assist with the development and implementation of HR initiatives and programs to enhance employee engagement and productivity. Participate in HR-related projects and initiatives as assigned.
