Position: Senior SEO Executive

As a Senior SEO Executive, you will take charge of our SEO strategy to drive organic traffic, improve search engine rankings, and enhance overall digital visibility. You will work closely with content, development, and marketing teams to implement best-in-class SEO practices that align with our business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement advanced SEO strategies to improve organic visibility and search engine rankings.
• Conduct comprehensive keyword research aligned with business objectives and audience intent.
• Optimize website content including blogs, landing pages, and service pages for targeted keywords.
• Perform in-depth on-page optimization: meta tags, headers, internal linking, keyword placement, and image optimization.
• Analyze website performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and more.
• Monitor keyword rankings, organic traffic, and conversion rates; deliver clear performance reports to stakeholders.
• Stay current with search engine algorithm updates, SEO trends, and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities.
• Collaborate with developers and content creators to ensure SEO best practices in both technical and content aspects.
• Manage and enhance local SEO initiatives including Google Business Profile, local listings, and review strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience improving organic rankings and implementing successful SEO campaigns (3+ years preferred).
• Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and evolving SEO best practices.
• Hands-on experience with SEO tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, Moz, or SEMrush.
• Proficiency in both on-page and off-page SEO, including technical SEO, content optimization, and link-building.
• Solid analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to draw actionable insights from data.
• Familiarity with CMS platforms, especially WordPress, and basic knowledge of HTML/CSS.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; collaborative mindset.
