As a Sr. Sales Associate at Coolnut, a manufacturer of the latest Gadgets like Mobile Power Banks, Laptop power banks, UPS, Chargers, etc., located in Bhopal, you will play a crucial role in driving growth and expanding our market presence. Coolnut is committed to launching the latest gadgets with world-class quality, and we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. Responsibilities: - Conduct thorough market research to identify new business opportunities, potential clients, markets, and trends. - Identify and acquire new clients, build and maintain strong relationships, and ensure ongoing client satisfaction. - Develop and implement strategic plans to increase revenue, expand market reach, and achieve business objectives. - Lead the sales process from prospecting to closing deals, including preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and managing client onboarding. - Identify and establish partnerships with key industry players, stakeholders, and potential business allies. - Monitor and analyze sales performance, market trends, and competitors, providing regular reports to senior management. - Work closely with sales, marketing, and product development teams to ensure alignment of business development strategies with company goals. - Develop and manage budgets for business development activities, ensuring optimal resource utilization. Qualifications: - Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field. - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA or equivalent advanced degree is a plus. - Strong business acumen with the ability to understand market dynamics and identify opportunities. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. - Strategic thinking with strong problem-solving abilities. - Highly motivated, results-oriented, and proactive. - Strong leadership and project management skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
