Job Description

As a Business Development Manager at Coolnut, you will play a crucial role in driving growth and expanding our market presence. Your responsibilities will include: - **Market Research & Analysis:** Conducting thorough market research to identify new business opportunities, potential clients, markets, and trends. - **Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:** Identifying and acquiring new clients, building and maintaining strong relationships, and ensuring ongoing client satisfaction. - **Strategic Planning:** Developing and implementing strategic plans to increase revenue, expand market reach, and achieve business objectives. - **Sales Leadership:** Leading the sales process from prospecting to closing deals, including preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and managing client onboarding. - **Partnership Development:** Identifying and establishing partnerships with key industry players, stakeholders, and potential business allies to enhance the company's market position. - **Performance Tracking:** Monitoring and analyzing sales performance, market trends, and competitors, providing regular reports to senior management. - **Team Collaboration:** Working closely with the sales, marketing, and product development teams to ensure alignment of business development strategies with overall company goals. - **Budget Management:** Developing and managing budgets for business development activities, ensuring optimal use of resources. Qualifications required for this role include: - **Experience:** Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth. - **Education:** Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA or equivalent advanced degree is a plus. - **Skills:** - Strong business acumen with the ability to understand market dynamics and identify opportunities. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and partners. - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. - Strategic thinking with strong problem-solving abilities. - **Attributes:** - Highly motivated, results-oriented, and proactive. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Strong leadership and project management skills. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
