Sr. Procurement Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Procurement Executive to join our team. The role requires strong negotiation, vendor management, and strategic sourcing capabilities to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of materials and services while maintaining the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with project timelines and cost objectives.
• Source, evaluate, and finalize vendors/suppliers for materials, services, and subcontractors.
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and contracts to achieve cost savings without compromising quality.
• Ensure timely procurement of materials as per project schedules to avoid delays.
• Conduct market research to identify new suppliers, trends, and alternatives.
• Maintain strong vendor relationships and create a reliable supplier network.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with project/site teams for material requirements.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and ethical procurement practices.
• Analyze data, prepare reports, and provide insights for cost optimization.
• Collaborate with design, projects, and finance teams to streamline procurement processes.

Key Skills & Competencies

• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
• Excellent knowledge of procurement processes, sourcing, and contracts.
• Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines.
• Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, ERP systems, and procurement software.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
• 4–7 years of experience in procurement, preferably in interior fit-out / construction / turnkey projects.
• Proven track record of handling end-to-end procurement.

Pay: ₹19,449.48 - ₹55,457.67 per month
