Sr. Procurement Manager

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sourcing strategies to ensure cost-effective procurement of raw materials, components, and services.
• Identify, evaluate, and onboard reliable vendors while maintaining strong supplier relationships to ensure quality, cost, and delivery performance.
• Lead complex negotiations with suppliers to achieve favorable terms, pricing, and long-term agreements, reducing procurement costs without compromising quality.
• Collaborate with production and inventory teams to forecast material requirements and align procurement plans with manufacturing schedules.
• Draft, review, and manage supplier contracts, ensuring compliance with terms, timelines, and legal standards.
• Prepare and manage annual procurement budgets; monitor spending to identify cost-saving opportunities and avoid budget overruns.
• Coordinate with inventory control teams to maintain optimal stock levels and prevent overstocking or stockouts
• Identify supply chain risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate disruptions in material supply.
• Work closely with production, R&D, QA, and finance teams to ensure seamless integration of procurement with business goals.
• Monitor market trends, material price fluctuations, and supplier performance to guide strategic purchasing decisions.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, legal requirements, and ethical standards in all procurement activities.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of buyers and procurement professionals to enhance skills and performance.
• Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as cost savings, lead times, and supplier scorecards.
• Promote sustainable sourcing practices and support initiatives to reduce environmental impact in the supply chain.

Requirement Criteria:

• Candidate must have strong negotiation skill and Purchase planning.
• Candidate must have experience from manufacturing industry.
