Job Description

The Customer Relationship Executive is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring a positive experience with our products and services. The role involves preparing quotations, managing client communications, and maintaining accurate records using advanced Excel. Key Responsibilities: Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships. Understand client needs and provide appropriate solutions. Address client queries and follow up to ensure resolution. Quotation Preparation: Create and manage quotations accurately and promptly. Coordinate with internal teams to gather required information for quotations. Communication and Coordination: Draft professional emails for client communication and internal coordination. Ensure clear and timely communication with clients regarding updates and follow-ups. Data Management and Reporting: Maintain client records and interactions in an organized manner. Utilize Advanced Excel skills for data analysis, report generation, and record-keeping. Feedback and Improvement: Collect client feedback and suggest process improvements for better service delivery. Collaborate with the team to enhance client satisfaction. Skills Required: Advanced Excel Proficiency: Mail Drafting Quotation Preparation Communication Skills Organizational Skills Customer Service Orientation Qualifications: Any Bachelors degree/BBA/MBA/B.E/B.TECH/M.COM/MSC 2-5 years of experience in Customer Service or Relationship Management.
