Strong knowledge of RCC, steel structures, PEB (Pre-Engineered Buildings), flooring, and industrial utilities integration. Hands-on experience in large-scale civil and structural works. Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project/Primavera, and project reporting tools. Excellent leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. Strong ability to manage multiple contractors and cross-functional teams. Preferred Experience Prior experience in executing manufacturing plants, industrial facilities, or factory projects.
