  • Handling inbound and outbound customer calls, messages, and inquiries.
  • Qualifying leads based on interest, budget, and buying timeline.
  • Explaining project details, location benefits, pricing, and USPs.
  • Coordinating and scheduling site visits or virtual tours for prospects.
  • Updating and maintaining accurate lead data in the CRM system.
  • Following up consistently to move leads down the sales funnel.
  • Supporting sales closures by coordinating with the sales team.
  • Ensuring timely response to online leads (property portals, website, campaigns).
  • Preparing lead reports, conversion metrics, and MIS.
  • Training and mentoring junior pre-sales executives.
  • Coordinating with marketing and digital teams for campaign feedback.
