Job Description

Handling inbound and outbound customer calls, messages, and inquiries.
Qualifying leads based on interest, budget, and buying timeline.
Explaining project details, location benefits, pricing, and USPs.
Coordinating and scheduling site visits or virtual tours for prospects.
Updating and maintaining accurate lead data in the CRM system.
Following up consistently to move leads down the sales funnel.
Supporting sales closures by coordinating with the sales team.
Ensuring timely response to online leads (property portals, website, campaigns).
Preparing lead reports, conversion metrics, and MIS.
Training and mentoring junior pre-sales executives.
Coordinating with marketing and digital teams for campaign feedback.
