About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Senior Business Development Executive with strong exposure to US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), Medical Billing, and Coding. The role requires an individual contributor capable of managing the complete business development cycle from lead generation to deal closure.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify, generate, and qualify leads within the US Healthcare RCM, Medical Billing, and Coding domain.
Conduct outreach through various channelscalls, emails, LinkedIn, and events.
Present our RCM, Medical Billing, and Coding solutions effectively to prospective clients.
Coordinate with internal teams to develop customized proposals and presentations.
Negotiate pricing and terms to successfully close business deals.
Maintain a strong sales pipeline and achieve monthly/quarterly targets.
Build long-term professional relationships with healthcare providers, billing companies, and technology partners.

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in Business Development / Sales within US Healthcare RCM, Medical Billing, or Coding domains.
Deep understanding of end-to-end RCM processes including patient registration, medical billing, coding, payment posting, and AR management.
Proven experience in generating leads and closing sales independently.
Strong communication, presentation, and client engagement skills.
Ability to work independently in a US time zone.
Must be based in Pune and willing to work from the Baner office.
