We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead to join our Healthcare domain team in Pune . The ideal candidate will have strong programming abilities, hands-on experience in RPA development, and the leadership capability to manage a team of developers in a dynamic, client-facing environment. Key Responsibilities: Lead the technical delivery of RPA and automation projects end-to-end Guide and manage a team of 4 6 developers, ensuring quality and timely delivery Contribute to project planning, solution design, and architecture Review code, design documents, and workflows to ensure best practices and standards Participate in client discussions, demos, and solution presentations Ensure consistent technical excellence across all project phases Must-Have Technical Skills: Strong programming experience in Java, .Net, C/C++, Python or any modern language 2+ years of hands-on RPA workflow development using any RPA tool (e.g., AutomationEdge, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism) Solid understanding of Core Java, J2EE, JSP, Servlets, Web Services Must-Have Non-Technical Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills Prior experience leading a team of 4 to 6 developers Ability to take ownership, delegate effectively, and deliver under deadlines Good to Have: Exposure to multiple RPA tools Experience in Healthcare domain Qualifications: Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field MBA or Master s degree preferred Apply for this position Apply for this position Allowed Type(s): .pdf, .doc, .docx By using this form you agree with the storage and handling of your data by this website. *
