Allianz Technology is looking for Technical Lead_965 to join our team
Roles and Responsibility

Lead technical teams to design, develop, and implement new features and technologies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements.
Develop and maintain technical documentation and architecture diagrams.
Ensure high-quality code reviews and adherence to coding standards.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues efficiently.
Mentor junior team members to improve their skills and knowledge.

Job Requirements

Strong understanding of software development principles and methodologies.
Experience with agile development methodologies and version control systems.
