Evnek is looking for CX System Lead to join our team
Roles and Responsibility

Lead the development and implementation of customer experience systems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements.
Design and develop user-centered solutions to enhance customer engagement.
Analyze customer feedback and implement changes to improve system performance.
Develop and maintain technical documentation for customer experience systems.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.

Job Requirements
