Job Description

Tufin is looking for Escalations TL to join our team
Roles and Responsibility

Manage and resolve complex customer complaints and issues professionally.
Collaborate with internal teams to identify root causes of problems and implement solutions.
Develop and maintain effective relationships with customers to ensure long-term satisfaction.
Analyze customer feedback and suggest improvements to processes and procedures.
Lead and motivate a team of escalation specialists to achieve high performance standards.
Identify trends and areas for improvement in customer service operations.
