We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) / Senior Business Development Executive (Sr. BDE) to drive sales in the Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) / medical billing domain . The role involves generating new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets by promoting our end-to-end medical billing and RCM solutions to healthcare providers, medical practices, and related entities. Key Responsibilities Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify, research, and target potential clients in the healthcare sector (physician practices, clinics, hospitals, and billing companies). Use cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and networking to develop a strong sales pipeline. Sales & Client Acquisition: Present RCM/medical billing services effectively to decision-makers and stakeholders. Prepare and deliver customized proposals, presentations, and demos based on client requirements. Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets. Relationship Management: Maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients. Act as a trusted advisor to clients, ensuring their needs are understood and met. Market Intelligence: Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and changes in healthcare regulations that impact RCM. Provide feedback to internal teams to enhance service offerings and sales strategies. Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and sales activities in the CRM system. Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review. Required Skills & Qualifications Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or related field. Experience: 2–5 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in RCM / medical billing or healthcare services. Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a B2B environment. Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Strong networking ability and client relationship management skills. Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce). Knowledge: Understanding of US healthcare system, RCM process, CPT/ICD codes, and HIPAA compliance is a plus.
