Job Description

Business Development Executive (BDE) / Senior Business Development Executive (Sr. BDE)

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation & Prospecting:

    • Identify, research, and target potential clients in the healthcare sector (physician practices, clinics, hospitals, and billing companies).
    • Use cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and networking to develop a strong sales pipeline.
  • Sales & Client Acquisition:

    • Present RCM/medical billing services effectively to decision-makers and stakeholders.
    • Prepare and deliver customized proposals, presentations, and demos based on client requirements.
    • Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
  • Relationship Management:

    • Maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
    • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, ensuring their needs are understood and met.
  • Market Intelligence:

    • Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and changes in healthcare regulations that impact RCM.
    • Provide feedback to internal teams to enhance service offerings and sales strategies.
  • Reporting & Documentation:

    • Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and sales activities in the CRM system.
    • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Education:

    Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or related field.
  • Experience:

    • 2–5 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in

      RCM / medical billing

      or healthcare services.
    • Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a B2B environment.
  • Skills:

    • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
    • Strong networking ability and client relationship management skills.
    • Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
    • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
  • Knowledge:

    Understanding of US healthcare system, RCM process, CPT/ICD codes, and HIPAA compliance is a plus.
