Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Business Development Executive to lead college outreach activities, build strong relationships with educational institutions, and promote our placement training and skill development programs. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, conducting presentations, and closing partnerships with colleges and universities.

Key Responsibilities:

1.Visit colleges, universities, and training institutes to promote placement training and skill development programs.

2.Meet with Principals, Placement Officers, and Management representatives to present program details.

3.Build and maintain long-term relationships with institutions for ongoing collaboration.

4.Conduct seminars, workshops, and awareness sessions for students and faculty.

5.Achieve monthly and quarterly sales/partnership targets.

6.Collect feedback and coordinate with the training team for smooth program delivery.

7.Identify new business opportunities and expansion areas in the education/training sector.

8.Prepare and maintain reports on visits, leads, and closures.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

1.Any Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred).

2.10 to 15 years of experience in sales, business development, or institutional partnerships .

3.Excellent communication and presentation skills.

4.Strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities.

5.Willingness to travel extensively for college visits.

6.Self-motivated, target-driven, and organized.
