Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Business Development Executive located in Noida. The Senior Business Development Executive will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing client relationships, conducting lead generation activities, and managing key accounts. Additionally, the role involves collaborating with internal teams and maintaining consistent communication with partners to drive business growth and achieve organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Expertise in New Business Development and Lead Generation to identify growth opportunities and expand the client base
• Strong skills in Account Management and the ability to nurture long-term client relationships
• Proficiency in Business acumen and strategy execution
• Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage effectively with clients and internal teams
• Proven ability to meet targets and function in a goal-oriented environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Experience in the construction or design industry is a strong advantage
