What youll do Identify and prioritize target accounts across ambulatory/specialty care and billing firms Prospect, book meetings, and run consultative discovery with decision-makers Articulate ROI, handle objections, craft proposals/SOWs, and negotiate to close Maintain clean pipeline and accurate weekly forecasts Nurture new wins into long-term accounts with smooth handoffs to delivery Must-haves 36+ years selling RCM services to US healthcare organizations Demonstrated relationships with clinic leaders/billing company stakeholders Strong command of US healthcare & RCM (eligibility, claims, denials, AR) Excellent spoken/written communication and presentation skills Ownership mindset; comfortable with outbound outreach and closing cycles Ability to work with a daily US time overlap Nice-to-haves (optional) Existing warm network in US ambulatory/specialty clinics or billing firms Track record of multi-month service contracts and renewals Experience selling offshore service delivery What success looks like (first 90 days) Healthy qualified pipeline with consistent weekly meetings Clear discovery notes and tailored proposals with ROI narratives First closed deals progressing smoothly into onboarding
