Job Description • We are looking for an experienced Senior Full Stack Developer who can take ownership of end-to-end product development while also providing technical and team leadership. • The ideal candidate will have strong expertise across backend and frontend technologies, experience in building scalable microservices-based applications, and the ability to mentor team members, drive best practices, and lead by example. • This role requires not only hands-on coding but also technical decision-making, system design, and leadership responsibility to ensure delivery of secure, reliable, and high-performance applications.

Job Responsibilities

Full Stack Development: Design, develop, test, and maintain end-to-end features for our web applications using MERN (MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js) stacks.

API & Integration Development: Build secure, well-documented, and efficient RESTful and GraphQL APIs. Develop and maintain integrations with third-party services, internal systems, and databases.

Cloud Deployment & DevOps: Architect, deploy, and manage applications on cloud platforms, primarily Microsoft Azure and AWS (e.g., using App Services, EC2, Lambda, Azure Functions, S3, Blob Storage).

Database Management: Work with both SQL (MS SQL Server, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB) databases, designing schemas, optimizing queries, and ensuring data integrity.

Code Quality & Best Practices: Advocate for and implement best practices in code quality, testing (unit, integration, e2e), security, and scalability. Conduct code reviews to mentor junior developers and maintain high standards.

Performance Optimization: Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks across the front-end and back-end layers of the application.

Required Skills

Experience: 4+ years of professional experience in full-stack web development.

MERN Stack: Strong proficiency in React.js (with hooks, state management), Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB.

Cloud & DevOps: Hands-on experience with Azure or AWS services for application deployment, scaling, and management. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, Jenkins).

Databases: Solid experience with both relational (e.g., SQL Server, PostgreSQL) and non-relational databases (e.g., MongoDB).

Front-End Fundamentals: Expert knowledge of core web technologies: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and responsive design principles.

Integration Expertise: Demonstrable experience building and consuming APIs and integrating with third-party systems (e.g., payment gateways, ERP, CRM, Cloud Storage, analytics).

Version Control: Proficiency with Git and collaborative workflows.

Preferred Qualifications(Nice-to-Have)

Python for scripting, backend development, or data-related tasks.

Familiarity with Generative AI concepts and tools (e.g., OpenAI APIs, LangChain, Vector Databases, building or integrating LLM applications).

Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) like Terraform.

Knowledge of serverless architectures and performance monitoring tools.

Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum development processes.
