Sr. MERN Stack Developer

Role Overview: You will be responsible for designing and developing full-stack web applications using the MERN (MongoDB, Express, React, Node.js) stack. Additionally, you will build RESTful APIs, integrate front-end and back-end systems, deploy and manage applications using AWS services, implement CI/CD pipelines, monitor, optimize, and scale applications for performance and availability. Your role will also include ensuring security best practices in both code and AWS infrastructure, writing clean, modular, and maintainable code, and collaborating closely with product managers, designers, and QA to deliver high-quality products on schedule. Key Responsibilities: - Design and develop full-stack web applications using the MERN stack - Build RESTful APIs and integrate front-end and back-end systems - Deploy and manage applications using AWS services such as EC2, S3, Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, CloudFront, RDS, etc. - Implement CI/CD pipelines using AWS CodePipeline, CodeBuild, or other DevOps tools - Monitor, optimize, and scale applications for performance and availability - Ensure security best practices in both code and AWS infrastructure - Write clean, modular, and maintainable code with proper documentation - Work closely with product managers, designers, and QA to deliver high-quality products on schedule Qualification Required: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience) - 3+ years of professional experience with MERN Stack development - Strong knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+), React.js (Hooks, Redux), and Node.js - Hands-on experience with MongoDB and writing complex queries and aggregations - Proficiency in deploying and managing applications on AWS - Experience with AWS services like EC2, S3, Lambda, API Gateway, RDS, CloudWatch, etc. - Knowledge of Git, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines - Understanding of RESTful API design, microservices architecture, and serverless computing - Strong debugging and problem-solving skills Additional Company Details: smartData is a leader in global software business space specializing in business consulting and technology integrations.
