Ensure continuous improvement of HR systems and policies in line with current best practice under guidance of Head
HR. Update organization structure changes & Job descriptions.
Facilitate and Drive OD initiatives under the guidance of CHRO.
Develop and implement a comprehensive on-boarding process for employees during their first month of employment,
and for the management and support of employees during their probation period; and throughout the entire employee
life cycle
Facilitate rollout of Talent management strategies. Define career path and succession management•
Provide guidelines for the KPI and target setting process. Train HODs in these guidelines and conduct quality checks
and calibrate performance across all departments.
Facilitate implementation of training strategy, organise/conduct centrally run training programs•
Support Head- HR in Leadership Development Initiative•
Support and Facilitate automation of HR processes

Minimum 12 years of industry experience with more than 3 years experience in a
similar role
