Job Description

15+ years of experience with deep expertise in talent acquisition function in IT industry. At least, 8 years of experience in leading a team is necessary.

Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including hiring managers and department heads, to understand their talent needs and effectively prioritize recruitment efforts.

Responsible for salary negotiations and alignment with the Budget

Conduct thorough candidate screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.

Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and candidate selection criteria

Create job descriptions and interview questions that reflect the requirements for each position

Maintain records of all materials used for recruitment, including interview notes and related paperwork, to share with key stakeholders

Act as a brand ambassador for the organization ensuring a positive candidate experience at every stage of the recruitment process.

Drive the offer process, negotiate compensation packages, and facilitate the closing of candidates.

Strong working knowledge of posting jobs on social media networks.

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to forge strong business relationships.

Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition, and continuously seek opportunities to optimize and improve recruitment processes.

Results-orientated with good planning skills.

Collaborative with high energy and a team orientation.

People management experience, including recruiters and leads.

Experience recruiting for technology leadership roles

Strong sense of urgency, initiative, and problem-solving skills

Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and multitasking abilities.
