• Fund Management based on the business forecasting.
• Budgeting and Forecasting: Develop and monitor budgets, forecast financial performance, and analyze variances.
• Accounts Receivable and Payable: Manage accounts payable and receivable processes, including invoice processing, payments, and reconciliation.
• Cost Reduction and Improvement: Identify and implement cost reduction and process improvement opportunities.
• Cost Control: Implement cost control measures to ensure projects or products are completed within budget.
• Tax Compliance: Ensure compliance with tax regulations and prepare tax returns.
• Preparation of Advance Tax Calculation based on Estimated Sales and Forecast Sales.
• Forward Contract Booking.
• Inter Branch Reco in Tally.
• Stock Reco Books with physical
• Audits: Coordinate and manage external and internal audits.
• Manage Bank Stock Audit.
• Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly and annual financial statements (balance sheets, income statements, cash flow statements, etc).
• Bank Guarantee - Redemption.
• EPCG License redemption against Export.
• Staff Supervision: Manage and train accounting staff.
• System Implementation: Implement and maintain accounting systems and controls.
• Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data, identify trends, and provide insights to management. Region wise profitability & Cost & Production, Monthly Sales Performance - Sales Person Wise & Client wise ( GP, Sales Return, Making Chg Per Grm Cost Per Grm, Due & Over Due, Factory Unit Cost, New Product Development Cost Control ), etc.
  

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting or related field required (MBA preferred)
• 5+ years’ experience in a financial management position
• Proven strategic planning experience at the management level
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Demonstrated creative and critical thinking skills
• Able to work on multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong communication and presentation skills
