Skills & Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s degree in fashion merchandising, business, or a related field; specialization in jewellery design or gemology is a plus. Experience: 9+ years of experience in merchandising, preferably in the jewellery industry, with a focus on diamond jewellery. Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of diamonds, precious stones, metals, and jewellery manufacturing processes.
