Job Summary


Senior Manager (Accounts and Finance)



Accounting & Financial Reporting

  • Oversee day-to-day accounting operations and ensure accurate financial records.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards.
  • Ensure timely closure of books of accounts and reconciliation of ledgers.


Financial Planning and Analysis

  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and managing working capital for business needs.
  • Provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic decisions.


Compliance and Audit

  • Ensure compliance with statutory regulations including GST, Income Tax, TDS, and other applicable laws.
  • Coordinate with internal and external auditors for periodic audits.
  • Maintain documentation and records to support audit and regulatory requirements.


Cash Flow Management

  • Manage cash flow, banking transactions (including bank guarantees, letter of credit, foreign remittance etc.), and fund utilization.
  • Optimize working capital and ensure liquidity for operational needs.
  • Oversee accounts receivable and payable to optimize cash flow and ensure efficient working capital management


Team Leadership

  • Lead and mentor the accounts and finance team.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, integrity, and accountability.


Preferred qualifications


  • Bachelor's Degree or master’s degree in accounting and finance field.
  • Proficiency in software such as Tally Prime, MS office etc.
  • 5 to 8 years of relevant experience, preferably in a mid-sized organization.
