One Admin (OA) is a platform for managing settings and configurations for all of Servicing by providing, for managing feature flags (aka. feature toggles or features or on/off flags), feature properties (aka. name-value pairs or parameter store), page content (for content management such as titles, sections, body containing HTML text) and code lists (mapping codes to descriptions) by client (or override them by pls-brand for a sub-servicing client - where applicable). A self-service UI/UX for managing configurations by our clients as well as ICE internal teams (such as implementation, product delivery and client support teams).

In this role, you will Designs, builds, and maintains full stack applications for the organization. Our Java Software Engineers develop applications in an Agile SDLC. Responsible for the development of Java enterprise applications utilizing frameworks. Additionally responsible for the development of micro-frontend applications utilizing Angular and Material UI. This position will have responsibilities in full life cycle development within a services-oriented architecture, including design, programming, testing, packaging, deploying, and maintaining service and infrastructure components.

In this role, you will be developing and supporting One Admin products This role works closely with the ICE teams in India and U.S. Therefore, qualified candidates are expected to overlap part of their working hours with the U.S. Eastern time zone.

Responsibilities

• • As a full stack developer at ICE, you will design and development of projects involving application development, migrations, and additions to existing applications.
  • Develops UI and micro frontend applications utilizing Angular in close accord with a UX team and ensuring the responsiveness of those applications.
  • Designs and develops APIs necessary to affect front end functionality and/or be consumed by other partners.
  • Designs and creates data models for applications and databases to persist them. Works closely with business analysts, and team members to understand business requirements that drive the analysis and design of quality technical solutions.
  • Participates in software design meetings and analyzes user needs to determine technical requirements.
  • Writes technical specifications based on conceptual design and stated business requirements.
  • Designs and develops automated Unit Tests, Component Tests, and Scenario Tests
  • Performs code reviews and adheres to secure coding practices.
  • Mentors and guides work of less experienced software development staff.
  • Demonstrate a positive, team-focused attitude.

  • Remains current on company SDLC standards. Works closely with other engineers, vendor partners and business owners to ensure that the finished solution meets the needs of the business and our customers.
  • Performs additional related duties as assigned.

Knowledge and Experience

• • 8+ years’ experience in Product Development, familiarity in Mortgage, Finance or Banking domain would be added advantage.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience.
  • Experience with Java programming skills, including object-oriented programming, multithreading, and concurrency.
  • Experience JavaScript / TypeScript development technologies.
  • Experience with UI frameworks such as Angular and/or React.
  • Experience with Spring Framework and Microservices Architecture

Preferred Knowledge and Experience

• • Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
  • Experience with any of the Kubernetes based platforms (OpenShift (OCP), EKS/ECS, Pivotal Cloud Foundry).
  • Experience with RESTful service development and working with microservices applications.
  • Experience working with Oracle DB, Apigee and Spring Batch.
  • Experience on production support.
  • Experience working with cloud native applications.
  • Experience with XML and YAML parsing.
  • Familiarity with Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) pipelines (Azure).
  • Familiarity with source code management tools such as Azure DevOps, TFS, and/or Git.
  • Proficiency with development technique such as Test-Driven Development, Unit Tests, Component Tests and/or Scenario Tests.
  • Experience working as part of an Agile Release Train in the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
