Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sr. HR MANAGER to join our team in Trivandrum. The Sr. HR MANAGER will play a crucial role in managing various HR functions, ensuring smooth and efficient operations while contributing to a positive and productive work environment. This role requires a strong understanding of HR principles, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Responsibilities:

• Recruitment and Onboarding:
• Managing the full recruitment lifecycle, including job posting, sourcing candidates, screening applications, conducting interviews, and facilitating the hiring process.
• Preparing offer letters and managing the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth and positive integration into the company.
• Employee Relations:
• Serving as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, addressing them in a timely and professional manner.
• Assisting in the implementation and interpretation of HR policies and procedures.
• Supporting the resolution of employee grievances and conflicts, ensuring fair and consistent practices.
• Performance Management:
• Assisting in the implementation and administration of the performance management system.
• Providing support to managers and employees on performance-related matters.
• Training and Development:
• Identifying training and development needs within the organization.
• Assisting in the coordination and delivery of training programs.
• Maintaining training records and evaluating the effectiveness of training initiatives.
• HR Administration and Compliance:
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records, both physical and digital.
• Managing employee attendance, leave, and other HR-related documentation.
• Ensuring compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations in Kerala.
• Assisting with payroll processing and benefits administration.
• Preparing HR reports and analytics as required.
• Employee Engagement:
• Participating in initiatives to foster a positive and engaged work environment.
• Assisting in the planning and execution of employee engagement activities and events.
• Gathering employee feedback and contributing to the development of strategies to improve employee morale and retention.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Any , MBA in HR, etc.
• Minimum of 7 years of relevant HR experience.
• Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and Indian labor laws.
• Excellent communication (both written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maintain high ethical standards.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Leadership, team management, and goal setting skills.
• Experience of working under pressure and has a proven result record.
